BAYROL Desalgin® JET – Concentrated Algaecide for Swimming Pools

BAYROL Desalgin® JET is a highly concentrated liquid algaecide designed to effectively prevent algae growth in swimming pool water. Regular use helps stop algae from developing and spreading, keeping the water cleaner, clearer, and more visually appealing for longer.

Thanks to its completely non-foaming formula, Desalgin® JET is particularly suitable for pools equipped with counter-current systems, massage jets, waterfalls, and other water features. The product contains no copper sulphates or other heavy metals, making it gentler on pool surfaces, equipment, and water circulation systems.

Its additional water-clarifying effect helps maintain sparkling clear pool water. The high concentration of active ingredients ensures economical dosing and long-lasting protection against the most common types of algae.

When to Use BAYROL Desalgin® JET?

Desalgin® JET is recommended for regular use throughout the swimming season as a preventive protection against algae. It is especially beneficial when opening the pool after winter, during periods of hot weather, after heavy rainfall, or when the pool experiences increased usage.

The product is also recommended after water replacement or whenever the first signs of water greening become visible.

Important: Desalgin® JET is a preventive treatment. For best results, it should be used regularly before algae become established in the pool.

Dosage and Application

Before Pool Start-Up (Beginning of the Season)

To create a protective layer against algae growth, prepare a solution of 200 ml of DESALGIN® JET per 10 L of water. Apply the solution evenly to the pool walls and floor, then allow it to dry.

Afterwards, perform the initial water treatment:

  • 150 ml of DESALGIN® JET per 10 m³ of pool water

Regular Maintenance During the Season

To maintain continuous protection against algae:

  • 50 ml of DESALGIN® JET per 10 m³ of pool water once per week

In Case of Increased Pool Load

It is recommended to increase the weekly dosage up to twice the normal amount if:

  • the pool is used by more bathers than usual;

  • weather conditions are particularly hot;

  • heavy rain or thunderstorms have occurred;

  • the pool water has been topped up or partially replaced.

Delivery Information

Home delivery prices

The shipping cost throughout Europe is calculated according to the rates set by the courier service.

Before delivering the goods, the courier will arrange an acceptable delivery time for you by phone (working days Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).

Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product specified in the online store.

The shipping cost will be added to the shopping cart value.

Collection of goods

When receiving the delivered goods, please, check the condition of the shipment (packaging), make sure that the packaging is not deformed or damaged. If you suspect that the package has been damaged or deformed, do not sign the package documents and return the package to the courier. If the package is in order, then sign the invoice (bill of lading) or other shipment transfer-acceptance document. The signed document is proof that the ordered goods were delivered to you.

When purchasing products longer than 2.4m, the customer may have to arrange for unloading.

Returning the goods

We are doing our best to pack goods purchased from us. Unfortunately, sometimes harm might be done during transportation. Even if you do not know if something is damaged or not, it is always good to take photos of arrived package on your smartphone, you will need those in case if any harm is done to the content.

If you can see signs of damaged packaging, please take the following steps:

  • Take photos of package and make sure damage is visible.
  • Unpack your order and check if any products are harmed, take a photo of damaged item.
  • If there is any damage, please, inform us via email [email protected]

NB! For all claims of damaged or broken goods, you must make your claim within one (1) working day from the date of delivery. The Company must receive full details and description in written form with attached photos of the damaged goods.

When the buyer refuses to accept delivered goods that are not defective, he must pay the costs of returning the goods to us.
